    We had a fantastic stay in non school holidays.

    The location was great and phenomenal, nice to walk down the beach to swim in the lagoon, the hotel overlooked lake. The room was luxurious and big, and we tried an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC breakfast. Very very nice staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing.

    The hotel was amazing and the staff consistently courteous, exceptional location close to the airport. Lagoon king room was brand-new. Variety of outstanding food, I loved it. Location: the venue was adjacent to the supermarket out of the resort, deluxe lagoon and main restaurant. Also, it was 20 minutes drive to Momi Guns.

    the room itself was brand-new and new-fashioned with 2 double beds and had the things we needed. an electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware were a nice touch.

    Amazing views and vibes!

    The staff were super friendly and the food at the fish bar was unbelievable, wow! Enjoyed chilling by the adults-only pool-the perfect escape. Just a heads-up, drink prices were a bit steep, so be ready for that. Can't wait to recommend this to friends!

    The Duplex Lagoon Bure was super spacious and comfy, with a nice layout. Loved the terrace view of the lagoon! The decor was nice, was like a real escape. The only downside was a slight noise from nearby areas, but it wasn't too bad.

    The lagoon front guest room was super comfy with a private balcony to chill and look at the fine teal blue waters. Staff were awesome, especially Adi from the gym and the front desk crew who helped us a lot. The kids club was a hit too! The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were really good and my daughter loved making pizza there!

    The waffles at breakfast were off-the-charts amazing, paired flawlessly with fresh fruit juices that sang with flavor! Plus, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, always ready to lend a hand, shoutout to the really good service.

    A cheeky note about the Fish Bar. Our drinks felt a bit watered down compared to the lagoon bar. And while the cabana massage was blissful, the proximity to all the hustle and bustle kinda spoiled the zen vibe, a more secluded spot would've been perfect.

    The air conditioning policy is baffling!!! Why do guests have to synchronize settings with neighboring rooms? Wouldn't individual control make more sense? Finding hash browns at breakfast was a challenge. More shade by the pools would be nice!!!
